You are allowed to get a complete refund only if your flight ticket is redeemable. Please read all the terms and conditions of the individual airline before booking your flight.

Repayable and non-repayable tickets
Tickets are a thing to airline laws after they are authorized. Tickets can be repayable or non-repayable.

Penalty
Airlines have the power to ask for a penalty on repayable fares in case of withdrawals.

Service payment tax is a subject of variations
All service payments taxed by flyunomundo.com post booking are non-repayable, and the service payment is a thing to shift without previous notice. Tax charged by the Government is also subject to shift.

Approval of your cancellation or refund request is needed Refunds are only accessible if our Travel Suppliers' fare rules permit cancellation and refund, and we have approved your request for a refund.

24 hours of validation
Most of our airline tickets, hotel reservations, vacation packages, and service payments are repayable if cancellations are made within 24 hours of the confirmed booking. However, the service payment charged by flyunomundo.com is non-repayable.

Late comers beware!
Please note that most "no displays" are non-suitable for any renunciation from the suppliers for refund processing. That means if a client doesn't reach before the planned flight time, they are not qualified for a refund.

Feasible refunds
Refunds are also feasible if flyunomundo.com is capable of saving disclaimers from suppliers to treat the requested cancellation and refund.

Approval through e-mail All cancellations will be approved only if the cancellations are made over email.

REFUND REQUESTS FOR CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ACKNOWLEDGED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:

The following scenarios become vital only by acknowledging this you cancellation or refund will go on. These are;

You have implemented a cancellation and refund with us, and the fare rules given for cancellation and refunds;
It implements as per the terms & conditions of our products & services,
You are not a "no display" (most "no show" bookings are unsuitable for any renunciation from suppliers for refund processing); and
We can save the renunciations from suppliers to work on this requested cancellation and refund.
The timeline for all refunds on cancellation is not set.

Once our customer agent receives your request for cancellation and refund, we will send you a confirmation email with your request's trailing number.
This is only an acknowledgment that your request has been taken and does not qualify you for a refund.

Trailing this, we will further request the suppliers, such as airlines, and hotels, to create a renunciation depending on their rules and inform you of the supplier's decision.
Upon acceptance of the refund by the suppliers, it might take some extra time for the refund to contemplate in your bank statement.
This entire process may take 60-90 days from the proceeds of your request to disclosing credit in your statement.
Apart from the airlines and other suppliers' refund fine, we will ask you for a post-ticketing services payment, as pertinent, which is non-repayable and is the thing to shift without any previous notice.
All Government enforced taxes and payments are subject to shift. You will only be asked for the total closing amount, as shown.
Requests for cancellations will only be respected if sent to the following email:
flyunomundo.com does not involve Low-Cost Carriers (LCCs) under its cancellation and refund policy.
That justifies that all tickets scheduled for Low-Cost Carriers are non-repayable, even if you generate cancellations within 24 hours of the confirmed booking.
